Floral Art and Interpretation gives me the opportunity to get creative. The process of floral art begins with lots of research and time taken to delve deeper into the meaning behind the theme, text or image that I am using as inspiration. I then create detailed mood boards, before beginning to assemble the floral arrangement.
Please contact me with any inspirational pieces of art, text or themes that you want to be developed into floral art. I am also happy to create mood boards for you to then take forward for any events or occasions. See below to have a look at a selection of my floral artwork.
Below is a selection of my floral art arrangements. Most of these pieces are from set assignments as part of my Classic Flower Design course. The images illustrate the research that goes behind each design. I translate this research into detailed and thoughtful mood boards, before creating the final piece of floral artwork. Two of my favourite designs are below, the Guy Fawkes Mask utilising seasonal leaves and flowers of autumn and my Interpretation of a painting, Time Orders Old Age to Destroy Beauty.
Here is one of my favourite designs, mentioned above, inspired by Autumn. I drew on autumnal colours and calendar events to create a Guy Fawkes mask utilising seasonal leaves and flowers.
